UK DELIVERY PRICES
Standard UK Delivery: FREE standard UK delivery for orders over £150.
Standard UK delivery for orders under £100 is £5.95.
Standard UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Orders can be expected to arrive in 3 – 5 working days. Please ensure someone will be available to accept your parcel, otherwise your order will be awaiting collection at your local post office.
Next Day Delivery is £15 and sent via Royal Mail. Orders are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following day (Monday-Saturday). If we are unable to fulfil your order on a Next Day Delivery service we will contact you immediately.
We also offer international delivery.

Returns & exchange
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from The Essential Bag Company.
However, if you wish to return a product to us for any reason, you may do so within 14 days. It must be in a saleable condition, unworn and with its original packaging and labels. We will refund the price at the time of sale or replace the product. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. For full details about your right to cancel your order, please see section 13 of our Terms and Conditions.
Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
